By using this form for a submission ("Submission"), each person warrants and represents that each person's Submission (1) is the person's own 100% original creation: (2) does not incorporate any intellectual property from any third parties; and (3) does not violate the rights (including any rights of privacy, rights of publicity or copyrights) of any third parties.
By using this form, each person assigns to Carnival Cruise Lines ("Carnival") and its designees any and all rights, title and interest in the Submission including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. Carnival shall own all Submissions and has the right, but not the obligation to publish, distribute, re-use, or make derivative works from Submissions in any form in any media throughout the world.
